Snack Over Time
So far I really enjoy my snack mix of Hemp, Goji, and Cacao. I like it so much that I eat it as much lunch everyday. Its a perfect 4-Block Zone© meal at 4xFat and 2 Carb blocks swaped for Fat. (2-4-25). For those who still follow the defunct calorie model its 544 calories 22g of Carbs, 28g of Protien and 38g of Fat. Its quick to make, and quick to eat at only 4oz (112g). Anyhow scooping it all out every day takes up the most time, so I am looking at a dry food dispense in which to store and dispense. Now if I can find a neat resuable container for on the go I will be all set!.
